 R : This is related to safety of SpamOut System ™. When a person tries sending you mails a certain number of times without managing to answer the question, SpamOut System ™ will send an alarm to you. You will have to check your list "Quarantine". If you decide to authorize this person, you will have only to click on the button "Transfer to the White List", if not, you will click on "Transfer in Black List".

    I don't have a e-mail software because I use Wanadoo. Can your software be useful for me?
R: Of course. The only thing that you must check, it's if your mail box has what we calls a POP server . You only have to enter this one in the window of parameter setting so that your mail functions. The only difference with a commercial software is that you will not be able to constitute your White List in an automatic way.

  All my e-mails go in the quarantine list, it is normal?
R: This indicates that you do not have any contacts mails in your White Liste. In this case, SpamOut System ™ considers all the maisl messages that you receive is coming from unknown sources. It will then automatically send the "challenge" that you chose. As of reception of the good answer, these messages will be automatically put in White List and thus will not be subjected any more to the process of "Question and answer". You can modify. your White List  anytime you want and insert all your contacts that you know so that the system recognizes them.

The system doesn't seem to function, what should I check?
R: The most probable cause is a bad parameter in the setting of your POP server and/or your smtp server. If the POP server is badly indicated .The system will not be able to retrieve the messages from your account. If it is the smtp server, the system will be unable to return to your sender. A frequent error is "My provider is Wanadoo thus my POP server is pop.wanadoo.fr and my smtp server is smtp.wanadoo.fr". This can be true (in the case that you are connected by France Telecom) but it can be false if you are connected on Internet via another service provider. Let us take the example of a connection on Internet by Free and your emails box is controlled by wanadoo, the adjustments will be:
POP server  :  pop.wanadoo.fr (that is where your e-mails box is, which will send your email)
Server Smtp: smtp.free.fr (you are connected on Internet via Free, the server for sending your e-mails).
You have a function to Test your parameter setting allowing you to check this one work properly.

I want to buy a plane ticket. An electronic confirmation will be sent to me. By a robot probably. What to do since this robot will be unable to answer my "Challenge"?
R: You have two possibilities here.
         1) I am buying on the site www.aircanada.com for example. The site informs me that a e-mail of confirmation will be send to me at my email address. It is enough for me to click on the button "White Liste" and to insert "aircanada" in my authorized adressed. Thus, whatever the e-mails coming from aircanada (vente@aircanada.com, billets@aircanada.ca...) it will be accepted.
         2) I wait a few moments and I consult my list of quarantine. I double click on the message coming from AirCanada and I choose the option "Transfer as White Liste". The courriel is then automatically tranfert my email box.
