The zone of quarantine contains the addresses of the people who have tried to join you and who are neither in the White Liste, nor in Black Liste. They are thus unknown people of the sytème.
In this case, SpamOut System ™ will store the mail and will send an email of "challenge" to the sender containing the question you choosed. When the sender answers, SpamOut System ™ will check its response .
If the answer is correct, the sender will be automatically stored in the White Liste and its original mail will be send to you.
If the answer is incorrect, a new challenge will be sent (to amount of what you will have choosen in the parameter setting, after what the sender will be stored in the Black Liste).
The system will inform you that somebody tried to join X time without managing to answer your challenge . You will be able to then place manually this user in the White Liste or in the Black Liste.
