The addresses inserted in this part are not subjected
to a "challenge" on behalf of SpamOut System ™
You can fill out this list manually or wait until people write to you
and answered the question that the system sent them.
In the event of positive answer, their address will automatically passed in the
white list, without any intervention of your part.
For people using of the software like(Outlook, Outlook Express
train, Eudora...) the system can fillout your White List for you with
your existing contacts. Moreover, to each time you send a mail, if the
recipient is not in your White Liste, it is automatically added with this one.
Indeed, as from the moment when you write to somebody, we suppose that you
authorize this person to write to you.
Users of software like (Outlook, Outlook Express train, Eudora...), click here for explanations on
your parameter setting.
- Click on insert.
- Type the addresses which
you authorize. You can authorize for example all that comes from wanadoo
by typing "wanadoo" in the zone name, or an address in
particular by typing "adress@wanadoo.fr" in the zone name.
Important: Please note that
the addresses PayPal and SpamOutSystem are present in the system. Thank you to
leave them for a correct operation of the tool.
USERS OF MAIL SOFTWARE
You can set your software so that it
"passes" by SpamOut System to each time you
send a mail.
SpamOut System ™ will check if your recipient is present in your White
List, if not, it will integrate it automatically.
Let us see the setting with Outlook:
- Choose the option
"Tool" then "Accounts"
- In the file
"Mail" double click on your "Mail by defautl" (It is
indicated in the "Standard" zone).
- Go in the file
"Serverr" and replace what is registered in the box
"outgoing Mail (smtp)" by value 127.0.0.1 (this indicates
your software to pass by SpamOut System ™)
- close the window, you
are ready
Now, in order to constitute your White Lists. All you have to do is send a mail to all your
contacts, to inform them that you are now protected by SpamOut
System ™ this will automatically create your White list.
